about
Our aesthetic is based upon minimalism. Bold but balanced with a sophisticated design sense that incorporates softer, homier and natural elements that help make a house feel like a home... a home you just don't want to leave.
Every house has its own element or elements of charm, character and/or special features. Our job is to identify and accentuate those special features in a way that extends throughout the whole house. It's not any one element, it's the sum of the parts, and a level of consistency that permeates every room and area.
If you are planning sell your home, we can help maximize the value. A buyer may have look at 10+ homes in a weekend, but we'll make yours the one they just can't stop thinking about.

My background is in Design and Marketing. 30 years ago, I co-founded a successful advertising and marketing company, with clients that included Comcast, Brooks Shoes, Apple, Bell Helmets, Smartforce and many more.
12 years ago I made the switch to Home Design & Renovation. I've applied my business management principles towards real estate, and leveraged my considerable design background to focus on higher-end residential renovations and ground up construction.
I approach a house renovation similarly to marketing a product or service.
It starts with listening to what the person or persons that will use it want and need.
The transformation process is addictive. There's nothing like seeing a tired old dysfunctional house slowly turn into a modern living style gorgeous home that current or would be owners drool over.
But I am not one for gratuitous over spending. I treat clients projects
as if they were my own. I want the best possible outcome for everyone, but I am constantly looking for ways to achieve that goal without needing a trust fund.
Our Team

What is it that makes something appear so desirable from an architectural standpoint? We would argue that it starts with a vision and a mindset.

Parisians were up in arms about the design of the Eiffel Tower - but once it was built, it received incredible positive review, and many critics reversed their opinions to the positive. A tower that was meant to be demolished after 20 years has gone on to become one of the world's most revered and most visited architectural treasures.

Beautiful design is or can be ageless. Mid century homes are now one of, if not the most sought after home types. And craftsman and period homes are fought over.
